| | Which do you prefer deep sea, surf or freshwater fishing? | | When I do go fishing I prefer to surf fish. I like to catch saltwater fish because I actually may eat them. I love to catch flounder, striped bass and blue fish. Surf fish also can give a good fight and you dont have to be on a boat. So what do you prefer and why? | |

| Strange deep sea creatures | | As I love the sea and love to know what creatures are living there I made some searches for some of these creatures and I was surprised for what they are looking, it is amazing shapes, I know there are a lot of thousands strange creatures in the deep sea, but I found these images and gather them in one image for you to see it and tell me what you think about it.
Are one of you see something like this?
What do you think about their shapes? God is amazing creator.

| | do you watch the "soaps", go deep-sea diving or compete in beauty competitions? | | No?
I don't either.
But a lot of people do - you knew that didn't you?[em]wink[/em]A lot of people do a lot of things during their lives.
Most are happy doing what they choose to do too.According to the audience ratings which we hear of there are many people watching the "soaps" every day.
Lots of people learn and have fun deep-sea diving.
How many do you know who enter beauty competions but only one will become "Miss Universe"?Do you tell these people NOT to do something that they enjoy doing?
Do you tell them they are wasting their time?
I doubt it - even though it may not be your cup of tea you let them get on with it right? So in that case, why do you tell people not to do PaidToClick?[em]shocked[/em]
Many are happy doing it.
Many are earning.
Many take time to show others how to do it.Why do you insist on telling people not to do something JUST because it's something YOU wouldn't do?We are all individuals and as such we have the right to "waste our time" doing what makes us happy[em]happy[/em]Or not?

| Imax Deep Sea | | I enjoy watching informative movies that are educational each month. This month, I selected Imax Deep Sea, which we get to see many sea animals. This is a great choice for the entire family and is 41 minutes. Its narrated by Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet, who do a great job giving us information. I loved it and plan to watch it again soon. | |
| | Have you ever been deep sea fishing? | | I love to fish, it's so relaxing and super exciting when you actually catch something! I've always wanted to go deep sea fishing but have never gotten the chance to. Even though I love to fish I don't know much about them so if I actually caught something at sea I probably wouldn't know what kind of fish it was or even if it was edible lol so I'd have to go with someone who actually knows what they're doing out there! One day I'll get the chance to go out and do this but I just want to know if there are many people on here that do it often! | |

| | Do you like freshwater or deep sea fishing best? | | Do you prefer freshwater or the ocean to fish? I guess for me it all depends on what I am fishing for. If I want to fish for bass I prefer freshwater. If I want to fish for a variety of fish I go deepsea fishing. I love to fish for snapper red and mango. I love going 20 or 30 miles out and catching things like octopus and ribbon fish. Sharks and blues. I just love to fish. A bad day of fishing beats a good day of work. I live in Florida so I have lots of water no matter where I go. Where do you live? Do you have more than one fishing spot that you frequent? Do you prefer only single type of fishing? Do you fish for sport or relaxation? | |

| space or deep sea?? | | I wonder, we all know that in this world we still have a lot of things that we need to discover. We still have deep sea which have a lot of unknown creatures, environment, etc. And we have a lot of diseases to battle with..Do you think it is wise to spend a lot of money for research in outer space while we still have those problems? dont you think we should re-alocate those money into more serious problems we are facing? | |
| | Holy Squid, Live Deep-Sea 8 meters long Giant!! | | (Source: James Owen, Proceedings of the Royal Society B.)
A set of extraordinary images captured by Japanese scientists marks the first-ever record of a live giant squid, “Architeuthis” in the wild. It measures roughly 25 feet, it was photographed 900 meters, beneath the North Pacific Ocean in September 2004. Japanese scientists attracted the squid toward cameras attached to a baited fishing line and snapped more than 500 images of the massive cephalopod before it broke free after snagging itself on a hook. They also recovered one of the giant squid's two longest tentacles, which severed during its struggle. Architeuthis appears to be a much more active predator than previously suspected, using its elongated feeding tentacles to strike and tangle prey. It was found feeding at depths where no light penetrates even during the day. Despite people's fascination with this deep-sea behemoth, the giant squid's life and habits have remained largely a mystery. The little information known has been mostly based on dead and dying specimens that were caught by commercial fishing boats or washed ashore. The mysterious creature has inspired countless sea monster tales and has been the subject...
