When my children were little I made many of their costumes but as my grandsons arrived I was not feeling creative and began buying their costumes. Suddenly it appears that their costumes have become my responsibility. I gritted my teeth and bought each one their costumes this week because the creative bug has not been biting me. One is going to be a dinosaur and the other is iron man. These boys are just preschoolers yet their costumes cost $35.00 each. My sixteen year old also wanted one but hers was even more money $50.00. This is so ridiculous. Last year I bought costumes but the prices weren't nearly as high. | |

I let my children go through the various costumes, and pick which ones to bid on. I think costumes are ridiculously expensive, like so many other nonsense things. My son got his costume some Yugioh character, and my daughter a ladybug costume. The one was brand new, and the other only worn once. So what are your children going to be, and what price are you willing to pay? | |
