| Facebook users BEWARE! Implementing a turn off feature for third party features? | | Why in the world are they implementing this now. Why was this not implemented upon creation. You mean to tell me that my personal data is incorporated or shared with other websites. Oh my fault, I didn't read the fine print! Folks how much of your personal information is getting exported to other websites and more importantly which websites. Think about it. By the way, I will soon be writing a way to protect yourself and still surf swiftly. No buying anything just changing a few settings on your browser. Gotta go now though. | | Party drinks | | This just came to me while looking in the refrigerator for food. I was just wondering what is everyone favorite party drink that you can't go to party with out. I know me I need to bring me some Mike's hard lemonades preferable the raspberry favor. So what is your favorite drink that you need to have to party? | debut party with Las Vegas theme... | | I will be attending a debut bash on Friday and this one has a Las Vegas theme or motif. I was also tasked to be one of the 18 treasures so that means I would need to go up the stage to give a short speech. I wonder though what would be a good outfit for such an occasion with such a theme. The color motif is sparkling red combined with silver. Can you guys give me some suggestions? I have an off-white blouse with some silver beads so I wonder what else should I mix it with to make my outfit look thematic. Thanks for your advise again guys. | |

| david cameron conservative party who won the elections in england | | I am not into politics much, but at first it was a hung parliament for a while, now they have thrown in a few liberals I believe with the Conservatives as well. Here we have Liberals, Conservatives, Labour, and a few other small parties that never get in. I wondered what you thought out there about the parties policies really. It would be interesting to read. The one who resigned was Gorden Brown Labour party who was previously out priminister. | |
| | A rise of a new party. Good, bad or very ugly? | | People in general are starting to wake up to the fact that our rights have been sold out to the corporate world and that most politicians don't care anything for the constitution and feel as one politician put it the "The Constitution is just a*explicative* piece of paper". Some people feel a third party is way past due and will correct the situations we are faced with today. I would mostly have to agree with this idea but there is one thing that worries me above all other things what if the king makers wanted this all along and the new third party is just a ploy to overturn the few that are still resisting the corporate sell out. Call me paranoid but can we really trust any new party on the scene and guarantee that they wont be more corrupt than the two we already have? I did vote for Ross Perot back in Clinton's first term because I felt term limitation would be great thing to oust some of the political powerhouses that have been built. What are your opinions on the matter think it would be a good idea or a bad one? Remember kids a two party system is only one step up from communism! | |

| | A call form the republican party. Funny story from last year. Not for GW fans. | | While at my girlfriends house the phone rang and it came up republican something or other. My girlfriend who tries to not even mention the word politics around me laughs and says this must be meant for you and hands the phone to me. Of course I only too willingly answer it and say hello. The woman says this is so and so and we are calling to talk to Mary, I says "yes this is Mary"...lol, off to a good start already. Than she goes on to say she is taking a poll and wants my opinion on the presidents first year in office. She begins to ask me a series of questions asking my evaluation on things as being poor, fair and good. Of course to push the limits of things I have to keep throwing in things like "well at least he hasn't gotten us into any more wars over lies about weapons of mass destruction". After about 10 minutes the woman simply gives up says thank you for your time and hangs up. The funny thing was every answer I gave she kept pushing for low or fair and seemed unwilling to even mention good as acceptable. Of course I know all about Obama's faults and if it would have been democrats I would have thrown those out there as well but since it was republican group I couldn't... | |
