| My doctor always said it didn't matter what the kids ate for breakfast as long as they ate it. So if they wanted hot dogs, let them have hot dogs. For the most part my kids always have a healthy breakfast, I usually get up and make them eggs, pancakes, whatever. Rarely do they have cereal and if they do it's something like Raisin Bran or Cheerios. I have to say though they have eaten hot dogs, leftover pizza, things like that on occassion. THis morning they wanted popcorn, so that's what they had. I can hear my mother lecturing me on bad parenting right now. LOL But we were gone until 10pm last night for our last soccer games, I have a ton of housework to do today, I'm tired, and tomorrow I'm having 10 11 year old girls stay all night for the end of year Soccer Party. Plus my birthday is Tuesday and I want all the housewrok done so I can go out and have a good time while the kids are gone! Nothing worse than trying to clean house with a hangover. So what have you let your kids get away with eating for breakfast? |
