| Local church hosting a tattoo party | | I read an article this morning that tomorrow a Christian church is hosting a Tattoo Party in Fairless Hills, PA. I don't know if this is interesting to anybody else, I think its really neat!There are obviously people who oppose this, pointing to comments in the bible opposing body art. The young pastor counters by pointing out there are comments in the bible opposing hair cuts.I rather enjoy this idea, I think any way to reach out to young adults should be explored.What does everyone else think about it? | |

| | What can I do? | | Ok. My husband and I have many friends and we help one another out from time to time right. Well theres one certain friend that we help out all the time. He wears out his welcome basically. When my husband and I are out and about visiting our friends we usually run into him. He gets in the truck with us and he wont go home. He will come home with my husband and I that puts us with no privacy. Plus the food bill because this guy can EAT! He wont go home the next day, he stays with us for the whole weekend and longer if we dont take him home. By Sunday afternoon we have no cigarettes because he has taken it upon hisself to get them. He owes us money right now and wont pay us. We loaned him some money about 3 almost 4 weeks ago and since then the guy has somehow managed to get 2 tattoos. They worth over $200 of tattooss.Granted this guy will give the shirt off his back for you and a nice guy but when is enough enough?Like yesterday, my husband and a friend of mines husband had to leave the house for a few hours because of a baby shower. The guys came back when the shower was all done and we were still there talking to everybody. Another buddy brought pulled in right... | |

| Tattoos | | How do you feel about tattoos. Me I love them. I just got one yesterday but it looks good my first one too. Ive always wanted one on my back but I decided againist it since it being my first time and I didnt want something started and then I make them quit LOL. Anyways my husbands cousins husband is a tattoo artist. Me and her have been talking for a period of time and shes been giving me ideas. Yesterday they had a tattoo party and we went up there to get one. All day long I kept arguing with myself whether I want one or not. I was scheming through the pages and decided with picture I wanted on my body for the rest of my life. I was all nervous when I sat down and he just put the needle to my leg and said Hows that Im like god thats annoying. Well as he started with the tattoo it started hurting just a bit like bees stinging you LOL and I just sat there trying to get my attention elsewhere. The outlining was the worst part of it all. I love my tattoo and thinking about getting another one hehe. They said they were addicted they are right. Anybody else have any tattoo experiences? What was your reaction the first time? What was it and wheres it at?? I have a heart with horns on... | |
