| | welcome home......... | | As some of you know, i traveled over the holidays. 13 states in 3 1/2 weeks, and half of that in the past 4 days. i finally got back home yesterday at 3:30. the visit to texas was great but seems like a blur now lol. i have over 1500 pics to edit, and unpacking to do, but first i took down the christmas tree this morning, and have packed away the decorations from downstairs.
has anyone put away their decorations and taken down the tree?
do you ever feel like it was all a blur when you get home from traveling?hope everyone here had a great christmas and a happy new year.
| | Welcome Home My Little Friend!!! | | hey my fellow Mylotians,
long time no see.
my poor little computer has been sick for the last couple of weeks but finally arrived home from the "doctor" yesterday.
it sure feels good to be able to surf out into cyber-space again after being stranded in the land of reality for such a long....long....long....long time.[em]cry[/em]
unfortunately my hard drive burnt up and had to be replaced, so it will be a couple of days of tweaking before my comp. is restored to it's former glory.
i have to remember all my programs and bookmarks.....but at least i can finally return here on a daily basis.
anyways, good to be able to myLot again........talk to y'all later.[em]w00t[/em]

| | Soldier gets powerful welcome home | | Army Capt. John Pelikan had no idea that his 1968 Ford Mustang would be sitting in the backyard Saturday, restored to its open-highway glory in a gesture of chrome-plated love.Well, maybe he knew something was up.Pelikan had returned home five days earlier than expected from a 15-month deployment in Afghanistan. His family told him that the old Mustang — which his mother, Tamera, called “the other woman in his life” — was in the shop having the radiator fixed.
